          <p>Americas.Pet provides an online marketplace for pet products and pet insurance services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products without prior notice.</p>

            <li>Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale prices are valid for the duration indicated.</li>

          <p>Our 30-day return policy applies to eligible items as described on our Shipping & Returns page. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.</p>

          <h2>6. Pet Insurance Services</h2>
          <p>Pet insurance plans offered through Americas.Pet are subscription-based services. Coverage details, exclusions, waiting periods, and claim procedures are outlined in your policy documents. Insurance plans are subject to their own specific terms and conditions provided at enrollment.</p>

            <li>Pre-existing conditions are not covered unless explicitly stated in your plan.</li>
            <li>You may cancel your insurance plan at any time. Refunds for prepaid annual plans are prorated.</li>
            <li>Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the date of service.</li>

          <p>You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.</p>

          <p>All content on Americas.Pet — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Americas.Pet or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.</p>

          <p>Americas.Pet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, products, or insurance plans. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.</p>

          <p>You agree to indemnify and hold Americas.Pet harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.</p>

          <h2>11. Governing Law</h2>
          <p>These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.</p>
